.DISCUSSION...High pressure will slowly move across the burn
area this morning then to the east for the afternoon. Light and
variable winds this morning will become light north to northeast
late this morning and through the afternoon. Very low relative
humidity is expected this afternoon. Breezy easterly winds then
develop on Tuesday with showers and thunderstorms expected by
late afternoon as a warm front approaches from the south.

RH..................52 percent at ignition...Min 22 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Winds variable at 3 mph or less at
                    ignition...otherwise becoming north to

                    and continuing into the afternoon.
