...Sporadic northeasterly gusts up to 20 knots this morning...

Per recent marine buoy observations, a few locations have started
to see northeasterly gusts up to 20 knots. These should be more
or less intermittent in nature which would preclude a need for
Small Craft Advisories. Gusts are expected to diminish shortly
after sunrise this morning. Mariners, especially those operating
smaller vessels, should exercise extra caution if navigating the
waters during this time.
