...Strong winds will impact portions of western Kay, northern
Kingfisher, western Noble, Grant, northwestern Logan and Garfield
Counties through 100 AM CDT...

At 1234 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong
outflow winds from thunderstorms along a line extending from 3 miles
north of Jefferson to 3 miles east of Breckenridge to 3 miles
southwest of Lovell. Movement was east at 50 mph. Any rain from the
thunderstorms will occur well after the winds push through.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Enid, Guthrie, Blackwell, Tonkawa, Medford, Hennessey, Crescent,
Waukomis, Pond Creek, Garber, Covington, Billings, Dover, Drummond,
Lamont, Cedar Valley, Marshall, Kremlin, Breckenridge, and Mulhall.
