At 1 AM, a 1030 mb high was 300 NM west of Cape Mendocino a 1023
mb high was over Elko, Nevada. A 1010 mb low covered the Bight at
the center of a coastal eddy and a 1004 mb low was over Needles.
Weak onshore flow will prevail through Sunday, with a coastal eddy
spinning today through Thursday night.
