...GUSTY WINDS BETWEEN 25 AND 30 KNOTS THROUGH 800 AM...

Observations show gusty north to northeast winds between 25 and
30 knots across portions of the Chesapeake Bay behind a cold
front. These gusty winds will continue through at least 800 am
this morning before diminishing.
