...Showers end today...

.DISCUSSION...A cold front crosses the area early today. Showers
and a few thunderstorms will continue early on, but then end from
west to east. The sun will come out a couple of hours after the
showers end. Rain will exit the northeast lower Michigan coast
by late afternoon. Winds will become westerly behind the front,
though remain on the light side. Quiet weather is expected tonight
and Saturday. East to southeast winds will become a touch gusty
on Saturday, especially in northwest lower Michigan.
