646 PM CDT Sun Apr 28 2024 /546 PM MDT Sun Apr 28 2024/

Rain continues across central and eastern North Dakota, as well as
northwestern Minnesota, and will continue to move north through
the evening. The rain will last through tonight into Monday
morning, and could mix with some snow at times during the late
overnight and early morning hours. There may be some patchy fog in
the western Dakotas late tonight as well. Lows tonight will
mainly be in the 30s.

Eastern parts of the region will remain cooler on Monday as rain
diminishes, but western and central parts will see more sunshine
with highs in the 60s. Another low pressure system will then bring
more rain showers across the region from southwest to northeast
Monday night through Tuesday, with windy conditions developing
from eastern Montana into the western Dakotas. There is potential
for critical fire weather in the western Dakotas and eastern
Montana on Tuesday as well.
