* WHERE...Blount, Calhoun, Cherokee, Clay, Cleburne, Etowah,
  Randolph, St. Clair, and Talladega Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
