A nice day is anticipated across the region with plenty of
sunshine...mild temperatures and light southeasterly breezes.
Thunderstorms rolling off the high plains this evening could impact
parts of the area...with an isolated strong to marginally severe
thunderstorm possible for areas mainly west of Highway 281 this
evening. Additional small thunderstorms chances are anticipated
across the local area Wednesday and Thursday...with an upper level
disturbance and surface front combining to bring a few strong to
marginally severe thunderstorms to parts of the area Wednesday
evening. While there will be very small chances for an isolated
shower or thunderstorm Friday afternoon and again Saturday
night...most locations will remain dry and temperatures will soar
well above normal both days...peaking possibly in the mid to upper
80s Saturday afternoon.
