...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT MOORE...LINCOLN AND NORTHWESTERN
FRANKLIN COUNTIES THROUGH 415 AM CDT...

At 331 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 11 miles northeast of Lewisburg to 12 miles
southwest of Pulaski. Movement was east-southeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Fayetteville, Lynchburg, Petersburg, Tims Ford Lake, Lincoln, Howell,
Hurdlow, Mimosa, Smithland, and Coldwater.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 AM CDT for north central
Alabama...and Middle Tennessee.
