Isolated showers developed and moved across far southeast Kansas
just after midnight before exiting the state by around 3 am.
Otherwise it was mostly clear across the rest of central and
eastern Kansas. Predawn temperatures ranged from the lower 40s in
parts of central Kansas to mid-50s in far southeast Kansas.

Dry weather is expected across most of the heartland today and
tonight. The only exception be for a slight chance for a shower or
thunderstorm this afternoon across portions of central Kansas.

High temperatures today will generally climb into the 60s and 70s
across mid-America. Lows tonight will range from the mid-40s to
the upper 50s.
