.DISCUSSION...

High pressure ridge will be over the area today and will shift
to the south of the region by Thursday. A light south wind
anticipated early but will tend to become southwest by around
noon. A sea breeze looks unlikely at least through 4-5 PM, though
a south-southeast wind may develop by around 7 pm. Confidence is a
bit on the low side for the wind directions given a high pressure
system over the area. Max temps at the site is about 82 degrees
with Min RH about 35 percent. Max dispersion near 58 today.

Similar temperatures and Min RH on Thursday, and dispersion
slightly lower. Variable wind direction looks probable
Thursday morning, may become easterly in the mid to late
afternoon.
