...FROST ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 9 AM EDT TUESDAY...
* WHAT...Temperatures are forecast to bottom out near 32 degrees in
most places on Tuesday morning. Milder ridgetop locations are
expected to reach the upper 30s to lower 40s. This will result in
areas of frost, except little or no frost on ridgetops.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
southeast Kentucky.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
