* At 940 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Hatteras Village to near 14 Buoy, moving east
  at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Weather observations. These storms have a history of
           producing severe wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  Places, Hatteras Inlet, Ocracoke Inlet, Ar255, 14 Buoy, Ar225, The
  Knuckle Buoy, Big Ten Fathom, Hatteras Village, Ar250, Ar230,
  Ar285, Ar275, Ar220, Atlas Tanker, Diamond Shoals, and Ocracoke.
