.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extends from the central Atlantic
to the NE Caribbean Sea producing scattered showers near Puerto
Rico and the Virgin Islands. Gentle to moderate trades will
prevail in the Atlantic, with mainly moderate trades in the
Caribbean. Slight to moderate seas are forecast across the area
through the forecast period.
