.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, centered W of the waters, will
strengthen tonight and build NE, remaining W of the region
through Wed night, then NW of the waters Thu and Thu night and
persist through Fri night, then move S and remain W of the
waters Sat into Sat night. A cold front will push E across the
northern California waters tonight and move inland. A coastal
trough will develop along southern California tonight, extend
north on Tue then strengthen Tue night into Thu night along the
entire coast, before weakening Fri into Fri night. Please be
advised that the USCG remote communications facility at Cambria
is experiencing technical difficulties. Technicians are aware of
the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience.
