.SYNOPSIS...A 1007 mb low around 77N north of Utqiagvik will get
absorbed into a low at the North Pole. High pressure then moves
in from the West tonight and continues through Tuesday morning.
Tuesday evening, southerly winds will blow through the Bering
Strait with near gale force possible in the Chukchi Sea.
