...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT BUTLER AND SOUTHWESTERN STODDARD
COUNTIES THROUGH 1230 AM CDT...

At 1140 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Poplar Bluff to near Harviell to near
Neelyville. Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Poplar Bluff, Neelyville, Qulin, Fisk, Dudley, and Harviell.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
