...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN MISSISSIPPI...
CENTRAL SCOTT AND EAST CENTRAL STODDARD COUNTIES THROUGH 1130 PM
CDT...

At 1104 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Hay-Wood City, or near Oran, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Benton, Morley, Hay-Wood City, Vanduser, Blodgett, Diehlstadt, and
Lambert.

This includes Interstate 55 between Mile Markers 71 and 84.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 200 AM CDT for southern
Illinois...and southeastern Missouri.
