Weather hazards expected... Limited lightning risk. Elevated excessive rainfall risk. DISCUSSION... Showers and non severe thunderstorms are expected across the area today. The greatest coverage of showers and storms, along with potential for some localized heavy rainfall and flooding, is over southern Missouri. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday. A couple rounds of severe thunderstorms are possible through midweek. The first will be late Monday into early Tuesday where damaging winds and a few short lived tornadoes will be the primary threats. The second will be late Tuesday night into Wednesday, but details with this round are unclear at this point. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
