Bays.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the
average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Winds will gradually veer around to the east and southeast tonight
and Tuesday as high pressure tracks away from the region. Light
onshore flow continues in advance of the next front expected to
push off the coast Thursday night. Patchy fog is a possibility in
the northern bays Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Onshore winds
resume Friday night.
