.SYNOPSIS FOR THE TIDAL POTOMAC AND MD PORTION OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY...

Arctic high pressure will gradually build into the area late
tonight into Tuesday before moving offshore Wednesday. Freezing
spray is possible tonight. Small Craft Advisories may be needed
Tuesday night for portions of the waters in southerly channeling.
Then SCAs are likely Thursday into Thursday night ahead of a strong
cold front passage, with Gale-force winds not out of the question.
