.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...

At 130 PM, a broad 1030 mb high was over northern Nevada and a
1015 mb low was near Point Conception. Patchy fog from this
morning continues to linger over the waters this afternoon,
locally limiting visibility to locally below 1 NM. Clouds/fog
become more uniform this evening, with continued visibility
reductions to 1 NM or less into Saturday morning. Weak northwest
flow this afternoon with slightly stronger northwest flow expected
Saturday afternoon through Monday afternoon with weak offshore
flow in the overnight periods.
