...The Flood Warning has been extended for following rivers in
Montana...

  Clear Creek at Chinook affecting Blaine County.

.Warm temperatures will melt high mountain snowpack and increase
river flows.

For the Clear Creek...including Chinook...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The next statement will be issued this evening at 1015 PM MDT.

...FLOOD WARNING FOR SNOWMELT NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL TOMORROW MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Clear Creek at Chinook.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 6.0 feet, Cattle are forced out of their corral near
  Clear Creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:30 AM MDT Saturday the stage was 5.9 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 6:30 AM MDT Saturday was 6.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 3.4 feet
    Saturday, May 18.
  - Flood stage is 5.5 feet.
