.DISCUSSION...Long narrow frontal band stretches over the central
and coastal panhandle through Thursday before shearing apart.
Rainfall will generally be light. Winds of 10 to 20 mph will
shift from the southeast to southwest through the day with
strongerwinds in exposed coastal locations. Overcast skies will
continue with ceilings remaining around 2500 ft with broken layers
around 1500 ft at times. Moderate spring time temperatures in the
mid 40s during the day.
