.DISCUSSION...
As the upper low moves Northeast the clouds will migrate from SD
into the Fergus Falls area by the afternoon. However, if the
clouds are delayed the mixing will become deeper with potential
gust between 25 mph to 30 mph if that occurs. Winds are expected
to start shifting to a more southerly direction by late this
afternoon to early evening (5-7pm).

                    cloudy (85-95 percent). Rain showers likely.
