DISCUSSION...Early morning Tuesday will begin with generally
light S winds, which will increase during the morning reaching
about 10-15 mph with gusts approaching 25 mph by midday and
through the afternoon. Min RH will be close to 40% in the
afternoon, with highs in the low to mid 50s, as the onshore flow
brings in some maritime influence.

S winds diminish after sunset Tuesday evening and should settle
in the 5-10 mph range with good RH recovery expected. Rains
showers could move toward daybreak Wednesday, but are more likely
through the daylight hours.
