.DISCUSSION...A stable and breezy trade wind flow will continue today,
then drop slightly on Wednesday as high pressure to the north of the
state weakens. An area of moisture in the trade wind flow will increase
shower chances today and keep humidity slightly higher than yesterday,
followed by similar relative humidity recoveries tonight. The inversion
will hold strong near 5,500 feet.
