.DISCUSSION...
A ridge of high pressure will build over the West Coast tonight,
resulting in a warming and drying trend for Southwest California. In
addition to rising temperatures for the Ball Flat burn area,
afternoon minimum humidities are expected to fall into the upper
teens over the weekend, with moderate to poor overnight recoveries.
Winds will be light offshore on Saturday, shifting to the southwest
late Saturday night and increasing Sunday afternoon with ridgetop
gusts near 20 mph.

Min humidity........15-20 percent.
Eye level winds.....East winds 3 to 6 mph shifting to the north
