.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions continue through Monday, then rain moves through late
Tuesday through Wednesday.

The relative humidity values around 20 percent this afternoon,
especially for portions of eastern Pennsylvania and northern New
Jersey, will increase through this evening as cooling occurs. These
values will lower once again to about 25 percent Monday afternoon,
especially for northern New Jersey and parts of eastern Pennsylvania.
Variable winds up to about 15 mph this afternoon will quickly diminish
through this evening, then become southeasterly around 10 mph during
Monday.

High pressure over the northeastern United States will continue
to slowly build east, moving offshore into Monday. Meanwhile, a
low in the deep south will slowly lift into the Mid-Atlantic
states by mid week. Another low pressure system and its associated
cold front could affect our region late in the week.
