...NOAA Weather Radio to be off the air today...

NOAA Weather Radio stations across the NWS Norman county warning
area will be off the air today while software upgrades are installed
on the computers that provide the broadcasts. Consequently, there
will be no weekly test of the NOAA Weather Radio warning alarm
system at 12 pm today.

Routine broadcasts will resume later today.
