...PATCHY DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING OVER PORTIONS OF THE
   COASTAL BEND AND VICTORIA CROSSROADS...

The combination of saturated conditions near the surface and drier
air aloft, and light wind, has contributed to the development of
areas of fog over portions the Coastal Bend, Victoria Crossroads,
and Brush Country, generally along and west of Interstate 77 and
east of State Road 16. Over many locations with this region,
visibilities will range from 2 to 4 miles. Yet, patchy dense fog,
with visibilities of 1/4 mile or less, will also occur.

Conditions will improve significantly by mid morning in response
to rising temperatures and increasing wind.

Affected motorists should prepare for rapidly changing visibilities.
When encountering fog, slow down and leave plenty of distance
between your vehicle and other vehicles. Furthermore, do not use
high beam headlights when driving in fog. Only use low beam
headlights.
