SYNOPSIS.

LOW PRESSURE OVER SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA WILL MOVE INTO THE GREAT BASIN
TODAY, WITH STORMS BECOMING MORE WIDESPREAD THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING. STORMS WILL FAVOR HIGHER TERRAIN WITH SOME LOWER VALLEYS
BEING IMPACTED LATE IN THE DAY. TEMPERATURES REMAIN NEAR NORMAL WITH
CLOUDY CONDITIONS BEFORE HIGH PRESSURE AND CLEARING SKIES BRING
ANOTHER WARM UP FOR THE WEEKEND WITH ABOVE NORMAL WARMTH.
