.DISCUSSION...Sunny skies with less wind expected today. Northwest
winds generally in the 10 to 15 mph range with a few gusts close
to 20 mph at times. Critical humidities are expected to bottom out
close to 25 percent this afternoon along with high dispersions
around 75 units. Clear skies with light winds are expected tonight.
