.DISCUSSION...Surface high pressure over the Great Basin relative to
a somewhat lower surface pressure over the Bay Area will result in
light offshore /north to northeast/ winds late tonight and Thursday
morning. This pressure difference will generally stabilize i.e.
becoming neutral to weak onshore by late Thursday afternoon and evening
resulting in a return to onshore winds. Dry weather will continue with
exception of patchy late night and morning drizzle late this week and
weekend.
