.DISCUSSION...

Calm northerly winds this morning will gradually shift to
southeasterly after sunrise. Winds will increase through the late
morning to speeds of 8 to 10 mph with gusts up to 12 mph possible.
Winds will remain at this speed throughout the afternoon and into
the evening. Relative humidity values will decrease throughout the
afternoon before reaching their minimum value of 27 percent
around 5-6 pm. Relative humidity will recover overnight.

Cloud cover will increase throughout the day with high
temperatures reaching into the upper 60s. A few sprinkles or light
rain showers will be possible tonight.

Strongest Possible Wind Speeds on Day of Burn: 12 mph

Lowest Possible Relative Humidity on Day of Burn: 21 percent if
winds are stronger
