Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.40 inches, builds from central
Canada into the Great Lakes for the weekend. Northerly wind down
Lake Huron occurs ahead of the high pressure center which keeps
waves elevated today until high pressure settles overhead Sunday.
A large low pressure system moves from the central Plains to
upper Midwest while producing strong southeast wind across the
Great Lakes early next week.

.TODAY...North winds 15 to 20 knots. Partly sunny. Waves 1 to 3
feet.
.TONIGHT...North winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northeast 5 to 10
knots. Mostly clear. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...East winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southeast 10 to 15 knots
early in the afternoon. Mostly sunny. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...East winds 15 to 20 knots increasing to 20 to 25
knots in the late evening and overnight. Partly cloudy in the
evening becoming mostly cloudy. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4
feet in the late evening and overnight.
.MONDAY...Southeast winds 20 to 25 knots diminishing to 15 to 20
knots in the afternoon...then increasing to 20 to 25 knots in the
evening. Mostly cloudy. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.TUESDAY...South winds to 30 knots with gusts to 35 knot gales.
Light showers. Waves 2 to 4 feet.  A Gale Warning may be needed.
.WEDNESDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy. A chance of
light showers. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
