...Turning cooler, with increasing snow chances for the mountains
and foothills this evening into Thursday morning...

...Gusty northwest winds across the district today and
Wednesday, and eastern areas Thursday...

Rain over eastern areas will gradually diminish through the
morning. Slightly cooler conditions will prevail today with highs
in the 50s and 60s, but gusty northwest winds. RH will fall into
the 20s and 30s percent this afternoon. The next disturbance
moving into the region will bring rain/snow to the mountains and
foothills by this evening, transitioning to all snow tonight. Snow
will continue through at least Wednesday along the mountains and
foothills, where several inches of snow is expected. Gusty
northwest winds will continue on Wednesday across the district,
and over eastern areas on Thursday. Cooler conditions with
mountain snow showers will prevail into the weekend. Palmquist
