Tuesday warm to above normal on Wednesday. Min RH`s both Tuesday
and Wednesday will be around 15 percent or less. Light winds are
expected both days. Wind speeds generally less than 8 mph Tuesday
through Wednesday morning. Slightly higher wind speeds Wednesday
afternoon, but still staying under 12 mph.
