FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

Low pressure of 29.6 inches over the northern high plains will
move to Ontario, Canada for late tonight and Saturday. Light to
modest easterly winds will veer to southwesterly for late tonight
into Saturday. Dense fog is expected tonight through Saturday
afternoon, with the southern half of the lake into Saturday night.
The winds will then become light northerly with a weak cold
frontal passage Saturday night. High pressure of 30.0 inches will
then settle over Lake Michigan for Sunday and Sunday night. Modest
southeasterly winds will then develop on Monday ahead of low
pressure of 29.5 inches moving from the central Great Plains
toward western Wisconsin.

overnight. Chance of rain showers and thunderstorms this evening,
then rain showers likely with a chance of thunderstorms
overnight. Waves 1 to 3 ft.
.SATURDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 20 kt. Areas of dense fog in
the morning. Slight chance of rain showers in the morning. Waves
2 to 4 ft.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 20 kt becoming northwest
10 to 15 kt, then diminishing to 5 to 10 kt late. Waves 2 to 4 ft
subsiding to 1 to 3 ft.
.SUNDAY...North winds 10 to 15 kt. Waves 1 to 2 ft.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 10 to 15 kt diminishing to 5 to
10 kt. Waves 1 to 2 ft.
.MONDAY...East winds 5 to 10 kt increasing to 10 to 20 kt in the
afternoon. Rain showers and thunderstorms likely in the
afternoon. Waves 1 ft or less building to 1 to 2 ft.
