At 3:08 PM... National Weather Service radars indicated a narrow
line of showers and isolated thunderstorms had developed from
central Delaware county in Oklahoma southeast through Washington
county Arkansas. This activity was moving southeast at around 20
mph

Through 4:45 PM... This activity will continue to move southeast
across far eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Average hourly
rainfall rates around one tenth of an inch are anticipated. Brief
heavy rain and cloud to ground lightning will accompany
thunderstorms.
