And now, here`s your Regional Weather Summary, for West Central
Texas.

Late this afternoon, skies were mostly sunny across the area. A
cold front was moving quickly southward through the area. As of
345 PM, the front was roughly along a Brownwood to San Angelo
line. South of the front, temperatures were in the mid to upper
90s with winds out of the south to southwest at 5 to 15 mph. North
of the front, temperatures were in the 70s and 80s, and winds
were out of the north at 10 to 20 mph.

Now, here`s a quick forecast summary, for West Central Texas.

Hot today with a chance of late afternoon and evening showers and
thunderstorms...along and east of a Cross Plains to Brady to
Junction line. Cloudy and cooler Friday with widespread showers
Friday night into Saturday night. Locally heavy rainfall Saturday.
Cloudy and cool Sunday, with clearing and warmer Monday.
