At 428 PM, National Weather Service radar detected scattered
showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mostly in Ottawa and
Delaware counties in Oklahoma. Movement was to the east at greater
than 40 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around
one half of an inch with maximum amounts of two to two and a half
inches. Coverage and intensity remained about the same as last hour.
The Tulsa area forecast for late this afternoon and into this
evening, partly cloudy then clearing, a chance of showers and
thunderstorms. Some thunderstorms may be severe .
