.DISCUSSION...Areas of low clouds with ceilings below 1500
feet AGL can be expected across the plains east of the foothills
til around 8-9 am. However, the site for this spot request will
remain mostly cloud free this morning. For this afternoon, clouds
will increase with scattered showers and a couple thunderstorms
developing in the area, sticking around into the evening hours.
Even with the increase in showers, ceilings are expected to stay
above 13,000-14,000 ft MSL. Gusty outflow winds to 25-35 mph will
likely occur near any showers or storms that develop this
afternoon. Those outflow winds would be favored to come from the
west or northwest.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (15-25 percent) until 1200, then
                    partly cloudy (35-45 percent) until 1400, then
                    mostly cloudy (65-75 percent). Slight chance of
                    rain showers after 1300 until 1500, then chance

after 1300.
