Fire Weather Planning Forecast FOR S Cntrl and Sern Colorado
National Weather Service Pueblo Co
1028 PM MDT Tue Apr 17 2018

...The Red Flag Warning that was in effect until 10 PM MDT
has been allowed to expire...

.Discussion...

Red Flag conditions have subsided for the night as Relative
Humidities are no longer at critical levels. However, winds
will continue from the northwest at 15 to 30 mph with gusts
to around 40 mph at times. Caution needs to continue as winds
are still gusty and fuels are still dry.

For tomorrow...breezy conditions will occur over the far eastern
plains and then decrease by late in the day.

A Pacific storm will bring the potential for widespread precipitation
across the entire region Thursday night and Friday. High elevation
snows are expected with rain and thunderstorms on the plains.

Afternoon smoke dispersion will be good or better both Wednesday and
Thursday.

--- thunderstorms imply strong gusty and erratic winds ---
