.DISCUSSION...

Quiet weather will prevail through today with highs in the mid 40s at
the burn site.  Humidity values will fall into the upper 20 percent
range.  Southwest winds will increase this afternoon with gusts near
15 mph likely.  The next upper storm system will move into the region
late tonight into Saturday with rain and snow chances increasing.
Southwest flow will also increase, with gusts by Saturday afternoon
near 30 mph.  Smoke dispersions will be good this afternoon, and poor
tonight.  With increasing flow, excellent dispersions are forecast on
Saturday.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny(30 percent).

Min humidity........22-27 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds around 10 mph with gusts to 16 mph.
Mixing height.......3000 ft agl until 1200, then 5500 ft agl.
Transport winds.....West around 15 mph.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor until 1000. Good after 1200.
Haines Index........4 or low potential for large plume dominated
