This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central North Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Localized heavy rain may produce minor flooding of urban or low-
lying areas during times of heavy rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Periods of showers and thunderstorms will continue through the
weekend and into early next week. Rainfall is expected to range from
2 to 4 inches, with locally higher amounts. The bulk of the rain is
expected on Friday and Saturday. Urban and small stream flooding may
occur, but due to recent dry weather, river flooding is not expected
to be a concern until possibly the weekend.
