Areas of dense fog early this morning dissipate by 0900 LT today. The lowest relative humidity, down to 40%, today is likely in the Borderlands and far southern parts of the Northland where temperatures will be in the mid-60s F for maximum temperatures. East-northeasterly winds will be gusty near Lake Superior shorelines and promote much higher minimum relative humidity. There is a 20% chance of an isolated thunderstorm this afternoon and evening in inland northwest Wisconsin. A much drier air mass aloft Thursday helps to drop the minimum relative humidity tomorrow daytime to 25-35% across most of the Northland, except the Twin Ports and along the South Shore.
