.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Gale force northerly winds
will continue this afternoon across all waters. A strong thermal
trough will continue to produce gale force winds and very steep,
hazardous seas into very early Tuesday morning across much of the
coastal waters. Gale force conditions may persist across the southern
outer waters through Tuesday. Conditions will gradually improve mid
to late in the week, but seas will remain hazardous for small craft.
