Dry conditions today, with winds predominantly out of the
south/southwest at 5 - 10 MPH. RH bottoms out around 24% for the
area of concern, with temperatures in the low to mid 60s.
Forecasted Haines Index is 6 for the area. Rain moving in
starting Thursday and lasting into the weekend.
